Initial Intake Appointment
This is your first (or 2nd) contact with our team. We will schedule or conduct an Intake Appointment that usually takes between 15 & 20 minutes. We must input your personal information into our secure database in order to qualify you for funding.
We will ask for your Proof of Military Service, SSN, DOB and income, et al. ALL of this is secure information and is shared ONLY with a few partners who may be able to provide you with additional resources. It is housed on a secure database.
Creating Our Cadence
Once we have determined your needs - we will get to work on figuring out how to best help you. Be it with funding - referrals - warm handoffs…whatever it takes. We will help you connect with other Veteran Resources for residents of El Dorado County.
We will work with you to help you get your footing on a path to success. We encourage you to be a part of the solution.
